Dear Sir Manik,

I am writing this letter to make a complaint about infocus in class x-Ak. The proyektor did not work and when it operates sometimes the picture is lost. The teachers have asked the customer sservices, and he told that it will not use running well as usuall.

So, I ask you to take an action to solve the problem sso taht we can use the proyektor for presentation.
