            I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for my absence on 13rd may 2018. I realize that by not coming in to work and failing to call ahead of timethat I discrupted the performance of you, my cowokers and the company at large. It was disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour and I am very sorry for aany stress, delays, and fruistration this caused you and the rest of the team.

            I will not offer any excuses for my absence. Next time I will call ahead and explain the situation throughly so that you are not paut in a difficult position. I promise that you will not see this lapse in judgement on my part again.
